Recipe Development

I share recipes that you'll want to make in your tiny apartment at 8 PM on a Wednesday (but I also make a whole lot of occasion-worthy desserts and baked goods, too). I've developed recipes for New York Times Cooking, Bon Appétit, Food52, and brands like Driscoll's, Whole Foods Market, and California Walnuts, and I've also translated chef and restaurant recipes for home kitchens. I have experience testing and editing recipes for the web and for cookbooks.
